If Alpha Lykos sends a customized product that differs from the customization confirmed by the customer due to an error attributable to Alpha Lykos, the customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear supporting photographs and order details.

Subject to review and applicable law, Alpha Lykos may arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation containing relevant order details.

Wrong Product / Wrong Design / Wrong Size Sent by Alpha Lykos

If Alpha Lykos sends you:

The wrong product;
The wrong design;
The wrong size compared with the order placed; or
Another product-related error attributable to Alpha Lykos,

you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number.
Customer name.
Description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the received product.
Any other information reasonably requested by Alpha Lykos.

After reviewing the claim, Alpha Lykos may, where appropriate, arrange an exchange or replacement.

Products submitted for exchange should be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, except where the issue itself makes this impossible.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. No Refund for Customer-Selected Errors
